Two institutional fund websites for the Ravenbridge platform: the private equity arm investing in critical minerals, data infrastructure and dual-use technology, and the investment banking and advisory arm. One brand system, full thesis architecture, sector pages and investor-relations flows.

What does a build cost?
Builds are fixed price and start at $5,000. A focused build automating one workflow runs from $5,000. A platform build with three to five workflows and system integrations runs $15,000 to $30,000. A full-stack operating system runs $30,000 to $50,000 and up. Half on signature, half on delivery. No hourly billing and no change-order games: the scope and the number are set on the scoping call.
Who owns the code?
The portfolio company does. Every build ships with full source code, the deployment guide and the documentation, running on your own infrastructure and your own model accounts. There is no per-seat license, no vendor platform to renew and nothing to lose access to if we stop working together.
How fast does a build ship?
A focused build ships in two to three weeks. A platform build ships in four to six weeks. A full-stack operating system takes eight to twelve weeks. Speed comes from clarity: the more precisely the workflow is described on the scoping call, the faster the first working version lands. You see working software every week, not status updates.
How does a build connect to the operating-partner engagement?
Builds are the delivery capability behind the seat. Inside a 100-Day Pilot-to-P&L Sprint or a Fractional AI Operating Partner retainer, the system is scoped, built and rolled out as part of the engagement, and the person who owns adoption is the person who wrote the code. Bought on its own from this page, a build is the same work without the change plan, the board reporting and the adoption ownership around it.
What happens after handoff?
You get the source code, a deployment guide and a recorded walkthrough of every component. Systems are built so a non-engineer can run them: prompts, policy sets and content are configuration, not code changes. A maintenance retainer is available where the portfolio company wants changes owned outside its team, but nothing about the build requires one.
